Our red is inspired by a love story that evokes the warmth of an embrace, maybe the last. A tribute to Badore Sini, a lawyer from Sarule, and his love anthem par excellence. With the desire and the determination to keep alive stories that otherwise would be lost in centuries, no detail of this masterpiece is left to chance.
In Baddore, the richness of the Sangiovese blends with the smoothness of the Merlot and the permeating spiced notes of the Syrah.
Our grapes, kissed by the sun, grow in the shelter of the rolling hills that embrace the Demontis Estates, giving life to a harmonious meeting and a long-lasting and fruitful partnership.
The careful and loving selection of the bunches, cut one by one and delicately placed, preserves their integrity. After a period of refinement in steel, our blend of Syrah, Merlot and San Giovese has an intense ruby red colour.
On the nose it is a bouquet of scents that recall dried fruit, berries and plums. The flavour of this wine is intense, persistent and structured.
